Makes 4 servings
4 tablespoons chooped coriander 4-6 large handfuls mixed salad greens
20gm brown sugar 150gm grape tomatoes,halved
2 tablespoons fish sauce 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chilli paste
2 garlic cloves,minced
STEP 2 : Refrigerate steak and remove at least an hour before cooking to bring meat at room temperature.Heat grill and spray with cooking spray.
STEP 3 : Grill steak 5 minutes per side for medium rare.Remove from heat and allow steak to rest 10 minutes.
STEP 4 : While steak in resting,toss salad greens with tomatoes and plate on a serving platter.
STEP 5 : Slice stak thinlyand plate over the greens and tomatoes.Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve while the steak is warm.
