Asian Tofu Salad
It’s a crispy, crunchy, and colourful mix of appealing foods and exceptionally healthy to boot.It is high in protein and low in carbs at the same time.it’s super easy reciepe.This foods not only look great but also taste even better!
Makes 4 servings
Ingrediants
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons rice vinegar 395gm firm tofu,cubed
1 tablespoon honey 240 gm salad greens
1 tablespoon saltsoy sauce 2 carrots,peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 cucumber chopped
1 tablespoon ginger minced
Directions
STEP 1 : Mix the vegetable oil,vinegar,soy sauce,sesame oil,ginger ans salt together in a bowl.Put 2 tablespoons of the dressing in a nonstick pan and heat over medium-high heat.STEP 2 :Now add cubes of tofu and cook for 15-20 minutes,turning every 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3 : Now toss the greens,carrots and cucumber in the remaining dressing and Serve the warm tofu.
