160gm sweet onion,chopped 130gm tinned haricot beans
155gm leeks,chopped 1.4 litres water
2 carrots, sliced 2 large courgettes, diced
1 large tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped 80gm uncooked pasta
1 large potato, peeled and diced into cubes 115gm green beans,trimmed and cut in half
salad and pepper
Step 2 : Put all ingrediants to a large potand add the water.Bring to a boil,then reduce heat and simmer for 45 monutes,until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
Step 3 : Stir in haricot beans,courgettes, pasta and green beans and cook until pasta is tender.Serve Warm.

Directions
