Friendly French Toast
The majority of French toast these days is made with fresh bread, but the preparation is still the same.The nutrient content of this popular breakfast item leaves much to be desired.Bread is a common high-carb food, which makes French toast high in carbs as well. The protein content is moderate because of the addition of eggs and milk.And you can also try topping with 35gm blueberries,40gms sliced banana which have only few calories.

Ingrediants
Cooking Spray3 Large eggs
60ml 1% milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 Slices of low calorie wholemeal bread
Directions
STEP 1 : Apply cooking spray on a large frying pan and heat on medium to high heat.
STEP 2 : Mix together the eggs,milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
STEP 3 : Soak both sides of each slice of bread in the eggs and milk mixture and place on the hot griddle.Cook until the toast is nicely browned,about a minute and a half per side.Serve immediately.
