Sugar-Free Bran Muffins
Bran is pretty healthy for us.Half of the suggested fiber intake per day can be found in bran.Bran also has iron and magnesium that we need.Bran muffins are a popular muffin that many enjoy in the morning or any time of the day.
Makes 12 Muffins
Ingrediants
Cooking Spray 2 teaspoons baking powder350ml apple juice 2 apples grated
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon
100gm sugar 4 egg whites,beaten to soft.
120 gm oats 180gm wholemeal flour
Directions
STEP 1 : Preheat oven to 200 degree celcius.Spray muffin tin with cooking spray .STEP 2 : Mix apple juice with Vanila extract and sugar in a medium bowl ans stir in the oats.Soak oats in liquid and sugar foe 30 minutes.
STEP 3 : Mix together the flour,baking powder,grated apple and cinnamon in a separate bowl.Now fold in with other ingrediants.
STEP 4 : In Another bowl,mix the egg whites and then fold in with other ingrediants.
STEP 5 : Pour the mixture into muffins cups and 25-30 minutes till the muffins are golden brown.Remove from oven and cool in pan.Serve warm.
